Production Manager / Onsite Foreman:

Job Description & Duties:

1. Coordinate labor, materials, and job deliverables with sales manager, subcontractors and general manager
2. Estimate Job Labor/Material Costs
3. Accurate Data Entry in CRM, Invoicing and Point Of Sale
4. Hire/schedule/manage independent contractors
5. Responsible for meeting job deadlines, responsible for proper job-site preparation, safety, maintenance and cleanup
6. Point of contact/liaison with customers & subcontractors
7. Responsible for overseeing Opening and Closing Job-site Procedures (residential and commercial)
8. Ensure job-site objectives are meet to specifications
9. Create Expense reports and record independent contractor payments
10. Responsible for accurate and complete job-files and record keeping

Must Provide Own Vehicle, have a good Driving Record

* Must work year round in all weather conditions
* Must be able to work weekends
* Must be physically able to walk long distances and be on your feet for long periods of time
* Daily travel within the Company’s geographical footprint is required.
* Must be good with android/iOS, Windows/MacOS, MS Word, Excel

Base Rate: 20.00 / HR

Sales Manager
We are a small, fast growing company looking for the right candidate. Compensation can/will be adjusted to reflect experience.

Job Description & Duties:

1. Schedules Estimates
2. Estimate Job Labor/Material Costs
3. Manage deals from beginning to end (main customer Point Of Contact)
4. Coordinate labor and materials with onsite foreman, subcontractors and production managers
5. Accurate Data Entry in CRM and Sales Management Software, Invoicing and Point Of Sale
6. Answer incoming calls
7. Initial Lead Contact
8. Lead Generation
9. Determine daily sales objectives: assigns leads, task, activities, deadlines to sales reps
10. Initiate contact, brief and coordinate with production managers/on-site foreman

Must Provide Own Vehicle, have a good Driving Record

Bi-Weekly & Monthly Commission (7%-10% based on sales volume)

Monthly and Yearly Bonuses

We don’t think you should wait for weeks or months for the job to be completed and collected before you see the fruits of your labors so we pay 25% of your expected commission when the contract is signed (next bi-monthly pay period), and the remainder when the job is complete and collected.You will be getting paid not only for painting jobs, but also siding, deck repairs, windows, doors etc. Selling only 2 average residential jobs per week will earn you over $65,000 per year.
